fields of accounting, real estate, investment, construction and hospitality. Working as an
Investment Accounting Manager, Management Accountant and Real Estate Salesperson
including contracts and for an accounting firm managing accounting, income tax, financial statements, trust account auditing, compliance lodgements, payroll, training, procedures, reporting and all aspects of bookkeeping. Kathy is a qualified bookkeeper with real-world accounting experience, is a Commissioner for Declarations and has Advanced Diploma of Business Management. She is a lifelong learner incorporating accounting, taxation, audit, real estate negotiation, sales and marketing, customer service, conflict resolution, management and leadership.

Jasmin is a customer focussed operations manager in the hospitality industry with
experience in sales, advertising, radio presenting and tourism. With skills in human
resources, client services, operations, retail, interpersonal communication, business
development, sales planning and team performance.

Megyn is a future-focused thought leader on the green economy, focussing on the
sustainability management system, the EARTH System and green culture in business. She
continues to be instrumental in the growth of the cleantech and sustainability industry in
Australia as a Board Member and Past President of Cleantech Industries. Megyn is author of the book “Sustainability Success in Business: A practical guide to managing climate risk in your organisation” and teaches business leaders and managers through the “Sustainable Goals Academy” digital training. Developing and delivering over 200 business website, marketing and sustainability in business workshops in Australia and the USA. Deputy Lead of the Sunshine Coast Environment and Sustainability committee for the Brisbane Olympics and Paralympics, 2032, the first mandated ‘Climate Positive’ games. With a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Information Management and Marketing, Diploma of Business and Cert IV TAE and a Climate Reality Leader by former USA Vice President, Al Gore.

Marina is an archaeologist and experienced heritage management and project management professional with a keen interest in sustainability. Marina has managed multiple major heritage and archaeology projects and provided advice in statutory and strategic planning and developed policies for heritage management. She has been Project Lead on 79 survey, monitoring and salvage excavation projects. With skills in project management, policy development, stakeholder management, environmental management, sustainability, problem solving, volunteer management and communication. Marina has a Master of Arts (Prehistory and Protohistory, Paleoanthropology and Classical Archaeology), is studying a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and has certificates in System Dynamics Modelling and Analysis, Natural Resources Management.

Kate comes with a wealth of sustainability, finance and governance experience, with skills in sustainability and ESG strategy, climate risk (TDFD), sustainability and integrated reporting, impact evaluation and sustainable finance. She’s worked across various industries including mining & resources, property, international trade, research & development, start-ups (social enterprises, impact ventures), not-for-profit, and finance (impact, ReFi). Rob is passionate about carbon abatement and having a holistic approach to sustainability. With skills in renewables consulting, sales and management specialising in solar systems, lighting, power factoring, bill tailoring, carbon reduction, measurement and verification as well as carbon certificate creation. With experience working with commercial and industrial clients, Rob is now working for serviced offices, assisting them with their net zero journey and likes to bridge the gap providing valuable solutions.

Carlos is an award-winning media and marketing professional, with his business winning the Creative Industries large category at the Sunshine Coast Business Awards 2022. With skills in business growth and strategy, problem solving and creative thinking, photography, videography and live streaming services. Working with a variety of businesses in the health, accommodation and tourism industries on their strategic marketing and media. He works with community groups and Not-for-Profit organisations including the Food and Agribusiness Network (FAN). Hailing from Spain, Carlos is Vice President of Volunteering Sunshine Coast, and on the Kawana Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and the Arts Sub-committee, Sunshine Coast 2032 Olympics.

Glenn is passionate about energy utilisation, climate positive action, processing efficiency and creating viable decarbonisation pathways for industry. Working in manufacturing processing environments within Australia and New Zealand, building sustainable and financially strong manufacturing facilities integrating clean energy transition into processing environments. With skills in carbon strategies, energy efficiency, business development, business strategy, engineering design, process improvement, HVAC, general management, sales management and financial analysis. Glenn has a Master of Business Administration, Master’s Degree in Project Management and an Advanced Diploma of Engineering.

Jessie brings her multi-faceted life-skills and qualifications to the Cleantech Industries board. Currently enrolled in Sustainability Subjects, Jessie actively promotes eco-friendly practices across various sectors, from Retail to Parramatta District Courts. Jessie is a dedicated sustainable legal professional with a High Distinction Award in Legal Studies from Open Universities, Australia and also has a background in nursing. As a Cleantech Board member for 2023-2024, Jessie leverages her versatility as an Interview Host, Script Writer, and Media Traffic Coordinator at Vox FM Community Radio to advocate for clean technologies. Her commitment to sustainability extends to freelance photography, capturing nature’s beauty while promoting environmental preservation. With a passion for a greener future, Jessie integrates sustainable practices in all aspects of her career and personal life.
